Hi! My Name is Spunky
I am a 4-5 year old happy, special needs sweetheart dreaming of having a loving forever home of my own.
The Seattle Animal Shelter found me roaming the streets and signed me over to my friends at The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital. I have some neurological issues, cause unknown, which affects my balance and walking. I also have limited vision but I can hear wonderfully!
Rehabilitation therapy during the month I've been at The Family Pet has produced marked improvement, which should hopefully continue. I may be wobbly, but I can walk and eat by myself. I do fall over often but with my abundance of spunk and spirit I pop right back up!!! I'm working on it, but haven't yet mastered going up and down stairs.
I just got a new harness to help me walk!! Watch me GO!!

My turtle costume is a part of my therapy to help with balance.
Although I do have physical issues and need someone with sufficient time to supervise and help me throughout the day, I must say I'm quite a catch!

I love car rides and snuggles with my friend Roscoe. 
I am content in my playpen when alone.
I do sleep through the night!My dream is to have a nice, warm, loving, forever family that will love me as I love them.
